Customer Service Representative – In Office/Hybrid position

Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, is a national direct-to-home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy team. The primary role is to answer incoming calls while focusing on customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level position located in Hudson, OH. After training, this position may transition to a hybrid remote work schedule. Schedule is 8:15 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Employer-paid vacation and paid holidays. Key Responsibilities

• Treat both new and existing customers like a family member.
• Receive and route all incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Set up new customer accounts for medical products and services (e.g., diabetes supplies, breast pumps).
• Obtain insurance, referrals, physician, and patient demographic information.
• Enter and manage all refill orders for existing customers.
