Mercy is seeking a Pharmacist to advance into a Pharmacy Supervisor role, assisting the Director of Pharmacy in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical operations to deliver patient-focused pharmaceutical services.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Pharmacy, a current Wisconsin Pharmacist license, 2–3 years of experience, and leadership aptitude. You will lead teams, mentor staff, and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• BS in Pharmacy or higher degree required.
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing from the State Board.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: leadership/management experience (1+ year).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Help lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy clinical operations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services.
