Mercy is seeking a Pharmacist to step into Pharmacy Supervisor responsibilities, guiding clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring patient-centered care. You will partner with the Director of Pharmacy to plan, coordinate, and evaluate services, balancing clinical excellence with operational leadership, and supporting staff development while upholding Mercy standards.

Formación

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy or PharmD).
• 2–3 years of pharmacy experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy clinical operations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services.
