Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services. You will work with staff across departments to mentor and guide teams, driving quality initiatives and compliance.

The ideal candidate balances clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, supporting staff development and shaping a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or higher degree required.
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing from the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy clinical operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for pharmacists, technicians, providers, and patients.
• Support staff through coaching, mentorship, and operational guidance.
• Drive quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and best-practice standards.
• Step into a staff pharmacist role as needed to support departmental success.
