Kroger Family of Companies in Memphis, TN is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, ensure accurate dispensing, and deliver exceptional customer service while complying with state and federal laws and corporate policies.

You will manage financial performance, inventory, billing and third-party processes, supervise staff, train colleagues, participate in clinical programs, and support public health initiatives to improve community health.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• Retail pharmacy experience of 2+ years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to write routine reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department while complying with laws and corporate policies.
• Perform staff training and development and model professional behavior.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability; handle third-party problems, rejections, and audits in a timely fashion.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Maintain all pharmacy records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Promote and participate in clinical services and public health initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Supervise and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
