Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics or Healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance vs. goals for strategic initiatives.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management and leadership.
• Mentor less experienced members of the Pharmacy team and contribute to team development
