Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a strategic leader to drive and execute key pharmacy services initiatives within a highly matrixed organization. You will lead analyses, synthesize insights, and present recommended actions to pharmacy leadership while coordinating across departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering results within timelines. A hybrid or remote arrangement is possible, with onsite requirements when within 50 miles of an office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership/strategy roles.

Responsibilities

Conduct opportunity analyses and use these analyses to develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
Conduct outcomes analyses for strategic initiatives to determine how the initiative is performing relative to goals.
Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
Other duties as assigned.
