Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona seeks a cross-functional Implementation Specialist to support onboarding, PMS integrations, and workflow standardization. This onsite role combines technical, clinical, and project coordination skills to bring clients live with minimal disruption.

You'll manage multiple client projects, document SOPs, and collaborate with product, clinical, and support teams to ensure system readiness and accurate data exchange.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy technology, healthcare SaaS, or clinical systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of multiple PMS platforms (QS/1, PioneerRx, Liberty, McKesson EnterpriseRx).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing multiple client projects or integrations simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and workflow liaison during client onboarding and configuration.
• Coordinate “Fast Track” implementation prep for new clinics and clinical template management.
• Manage multiple integration projects with clear communication and timelines.
• Lead communication with PMS support teams to request credentials and configure webhooks.
• Write and maintain technical SOPs and documentation for client-facing processes.
• Test and validate pharmacy orders in sandbox and production environments.
