Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona is hiring for a cross-functional professional to support our technical implementation team. This onsite role blends pharmacy tech knowledge with IT and project coordination to onboard clients, standardize workflows, and ensure system readiness with PMS platforms.

You'll collaborate across product, clinical, support, and integration groups; manage multiple projects, test orders, configure webhooks, and document SOPs to keep clients informed and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy tech, healthcare SaaS, or clinical systems integration.
• Experience with multiple PMS platforms (QS/1, PioneerRx, Liberty, McKesson EnterpriseRx); LifeFile preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills (SOPs and client documentation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience handling multiple client projects or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and workflow liaison during client onboarding and configuration.
• Coordinate Fast Track implementation prep for new clinics, including clinical template management.
• Manage multiple integration projects with clear timelines.
• Maintain cross-functional communication between product, clinical, support, and integration teams.
• Lead communication with PMS support to request credentials and configure webhooks.
• Add new products and templates into the PMS with the product team.
• Test and validate webhook integrations and monitor system behavior.
• Write and maintain technical SOPs and documentation.
• Communicate changes in product capabilities clearly.
• Collaborate with PMs and L&D to incorporate updates into training.
