Strive Pharmacy, a Gilbert, AZ-based personalized compounding pharmacy, is hiring a cross-functional professional to support its technical implementation team. The role blends pharmacy tech knowledge with project coordination to onboard clients and standardize workflows across PMS platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pharmacy technology or healthcare SaaS, strong communication, and solid documentation skills. Onsite work in Arizona with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy technology, healthcare SaaS, or clinical systems integration.
• Strong technical writing skills for SOPs and client documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing multiple client projects or integrations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and workflow liaison during client onboarding and configuration.
• Coordinate Fast Track implementation prep for new clinics and clinical template management.
• Manage multiple integration projects with clear communication and timelines.
• Test and validate PMS integrations and webhook configurations with external systems.
• Write and maintain technical SOPs and documentation for client-facing processes.
