The role combines clinical knowledge with technical coordination and documentation. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pharmacy tech or healthcare SaaS, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Active AZ pharmacy technician license.
• 3–5 years in pharmacy technology, healthcare SaaS, or clinical systems integration.
• Experience with multiple PMS platforms.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and integration readiness.
• Lead Fast Track implementation prep for new clinics.
• Manage multiple integration projects with timelines.
• Collaborate across product, clinical, and support teams.
• Test and validate pharmacy orders in sandbox and production.
• Document SOPs and process changes for clients.
