Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a results-driven professional to lead onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding product selection, plan design, and solution strategies aligned with client needs.

You will own end-to-end management of client accounts—from intent gathering and project planning to setup, implementation, and transition to the account management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while escalating risks or issues as needed.
