Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a client-focused onboarding and implementation expert to lead the rollout of complex and customized pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will guide strategic product selections, plan designs, and solution strategies aligned with client needs, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

This role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, timely execution, and driving retention and growth of the MPS book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end for diverse clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle large amounts of information under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with goals.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently with accuracy.
• Adapt to evolving processes and organizational priorities.
