Job summary

Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions is seeking a Specialized Consulting Manager, Pharmacy to coordinate clinical programs and ensure adoption of Pharmacy Surveillance solutions by customers and internal teams.

You will lead pharmacy practice initiatives, support sales with product demonstrations, develop training materials, and collaborate with product teams on enhancements, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and travelling up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy; current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States.
• At least 3 years of experience leading pharmacy practice, including operations, drug diversion, and reimbursement/finance.
• Approximately 40% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customers' adoption and usage of surveillance solutions to meet outcomes, advising on workflow and practice model adjustments.
• Support sales and customer success as an expert to demonstrate product functionality and integration into workflow.
• Create and update clinical and operational content to stay current with latest evidence.
• Build professional relationships with pharmacy customers during and after implementations.
• Contribute to marketing activities and campaigns with thought leadership in pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with product development on feature enhancements, user testing, pilots and market research.
• Develop training materials in various formats to support updates and changes to solutions.
• Manage PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
