Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Specialized Consultant, Pharmacy Compliance to lead sales and implementation for Simplifi+ solutions, improving safety and quality of compounded pharmacy products. You will coordinate across teams, advise on workflows, and ensure PHI is handled in HIPAA-compliant ways.

You will travel up to ~40%, support customer success with workflow integration, and contribute to training materials and content updates. A strong pharmacy background and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) credential required/active per state regs.
• Minimum 5 years in hospital/health-system or infusion pharmacy settings.
• Experience with sterile/non-sterile compounded meds; USP guidelines knowledge.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections (Joint Commission/DNV).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product functionality and benefits to customers.
• Guide adoption of pharmacy compliance solutions into workflow.
• Create/update clinical/operational content in solutions.
• Build relationships with pharmacy customers during/after implementations.
• Contribute to marketing via webinars, blogs, presentations, publications.
• Collaborate with product team on feature enhancements and pilots.
