Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Specialized Consulting Manager, Pharmacy, to coordinate and implement clinical programs for external customers and internal teams. You will act as the subject matter expert for Pharmacy Surveillance solutions and support adoption, workflow integration, and policy development.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, supporting sales, updating clinical content, building relationships, and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy; current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States.
• At least 3 years of experience leading pharmacy practice, including clinical pharmacy, drug diversion, and reimbursement/finance.
• Experience preparing for surveys/inspections and drafting process improvement plans based on findings.
• Board certification in relevant pharmacy specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption and usage of surveillance solutions to achieve outcomes, advising on workflow and policy adjustments.
• Support sales and customer success as an expert to demonstrate product functionality and integration into workflow.
• Create and update clinical and operational content to stay current with evidence.
• Build relationships with pharmacy customers during and after implementations.
• Contribute to marketing efforts with thought leadership through webinars and publications.
• Collaborate with product development on feature enhancements and user testing.
• Develop training materials to support updates and changes to solutions.
• Manage PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Approximately 40% travel may be required.
