Located in New York, this role requires excellent communication skills and expertise in creating engaging training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating client training sessions, managing training requests, and creating instructional materials. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 2 to 4 years of experience in software training, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in software training or customer education.
• Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of MMS/PrimeRx experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction on PrimeRx.
• Coordinate training for external clients.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Conduct webinars and document outreach.
• Respond to training requests via email and phone.
