Elevance Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Lead to guide pharmacy technicians and advocates, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. This role requires strong problem-solving, training, and collaboration with the training team to keep procedures current.

Based in Tampa, FL with virtual work flexibility; in-person training sessions are required. The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments to support patient care.

Competenze

• Requires a minimum 5 years of Pharmacy experience or equivalent background.
• Current State Pharmacy Tech Certification or National Certification is required.
• BA/BS in a related field is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide technical direction and guidance to Pharmacy Technicians, Advocates and/or Pharmacy Services Associates.
• Interpret and resolve complex issues; serve as a resource for workflow and technical processes.
• Provide training and assist associates with day-to-day technical questions.
• Monitor inventory to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Handle complex case research and resolution.
• Review and maintain records of service levels, quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with training to ensure procedures and policies are up to date.
