Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Training Specialist to lead in-person and virtual sessions for pharmacy staff across locations, including international sites. You will deliver go-live support, assess workflows, and serve as a liaison between ScriptPro and customers.

The role requires extensive travel and strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills to ensure successful system implementations and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, including long flights and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation and learner engagement skills.
• Experience with virtual training platforms like Teams/Skype.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Provide go-live support during initial system implementation.
• Assess workflows and suggest improvements for ScriptPro systems.
• Communicate effectively between ScriptPro and customers.
• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations.
