Responsibilities

• Make outbound patient refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer, triage, and resolve inbound inquiries appropriately.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician as needed.
• Coordinate refills and ensure correct days supply.
• Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshooting of reject codes.
• Maintain documentation and update data across systems.
