Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Refill Technician to support the pharmacy team with accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Schedule is onsite in the office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM AZT. We require 2+ years as a pharmacy technician, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
• Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
• Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry.
• Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.
