Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a Refill Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to provide daily leadership for the centralized Refill team. You will coordinate workflows to ensure timely access to medications for IU Health providers and clinics statewide, reporting to the Refill Pharmacy Manager and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience, Indiana Pharmacist Technician license, IV admixture experience preferred, and strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

Requires Indiana Pharmacy Technician License and Pharmacy Technician National Certification.
Requires strong mathematical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

Scheduling and workload distribution for the Refill team.
Training and onboarding support for staff.
Performance feedback and escalation point for workflow issues.
Collaborate with clinicians, nurses and pharmacists to drive improvements.
