Belmont University is seeking a qualified Program Assistant to support the Doctor of Pharmacy admissions process and provide administrative support to the Office of Student Affairs and the Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical, Social and Administrative Sciences.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing records, supporting recruitment events, and communicating with students, alumni, and community stakeholders to advance enrollment and student success.

Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant admin experience in higher education.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic databases.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage events and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist admissions operations by managing prospective student records and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office of Student Affairs and the Chair of the Department.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for School of Pharmacy events.
  • Support recruitment activities and scholarship communications.
  • Maintain applicant and student records and onboarding support.
