Qualifications

• Must possess Federal Work Study eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional engagement with prospective students, families, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to represent Belmont University and CPHS positively and professionally.
• Interest in healthcare, science, or health professions education and willingness to learn about CPHS programs.
• Basic knowledge of and interest in social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Represent Belmont University to prospective students and families, highlighting CPHS majors, pathway programs, campus life, and the admissions process during events and visits.
• Create, capture, and share social media content highlighting student life, programs, experiential learning, faculty engagement, and campus events.
• Assist with admissions events (campus visits, open houses, admitted student events) to ensure a welcoming experience for prospective students and guests.
• Support recruitment with communications and materials for prospective and admitted CPHS students.
• Complete administrative tasks such as organizing materials, data entry, and recruitment packet preparation.
