Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience with two years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD with residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the Pharmacy.
• Ensure high-quality service and delivery in line with standards.
• Develop operational and financial outcome measures and tracking systems.
• Direct and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.
• Assess program, service, and functional effectiveness regularly.
• Develop and supervise staff through feedback and HR policies.
• Plan and evaluate computer-based dispensing systems for efficiency.
• Manage purchasing and inventory for cost-effective management.
• Facilitate staff development and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Prepare monthly progress and operational reports identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and quality assurance programs to maintain skill and competency levels.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
