Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an Assistant Director Product Owner for Pharmacy to drive the product strategy and roadmap across pharmacy capabilities. This role leads Product Owners and partners with Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Product, Analytics, Finance, and external vendors to translate priorities into executable roadmaps.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, balance regulatory requirements, and optimize member and operational outcomes, while fostering a thriving leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits and PBM operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Product, Analytics, Finance, and vendor partners.
• Ability to translate pharmacy, clinical, operational, and regulatory needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap aligned to member needs and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic needs into capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities including data, integration, and vendor dependencies.
• Coordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies to ensure alignment across teams.
• Use metrics to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for pharmacy capabilities, including testing, regulatory readiness, and post-production support.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure commitments and roadmaps meet business needs.
• Provide direction to the team and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
