Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Portfolio to lead strategic management of the pharmacy product portfolio, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and operational effectiveness of contracted products.

You will partner with the Senior Director of Contracting to drive lifecycle activities, analyze pricing trends, and ensure portfolio changes are implemented efficiently to support business objectives while mentoring Pharmacy Portfolio Managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of sourcing/contract/portfolio management or account management with contract portfolio duties.
Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
Experience in pharmacy or physician clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, validate, and adapt contracting strategies with clinicians, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze portfolio performance and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure timely execution of contract awards, amendments, renewals, and pricing changes.
Oversee contract implementation with suppliers and communicate to HealthTrust account management.
Develop standardized processes and controls to improve portfolio governance and consistency.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues (pricing, LOCS, product complaints).
