Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage inbound phone calls.
• Schedule calls and gather patient data in the pharmacy system.
• Contact physicians for missing information.
• Prepare shipping materials for packing stations.
• Identify and report adverse events pursuant to program requirements.
• Identify, document, and report safety information.
