Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for external pharmacy partners, managing daily billing and operational inquiries to ensure timely shipment processing. You will also investigate, report, and communicate with patients regarding potential incidents.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in pharmacy with claims resolution success, strong communication, and an analytical, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated success in resolving third-party claims.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a solid operational mindset.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within team and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal processing and shipping-related escalations and needs.
• Respond to internal shipping escalations promptly (expedited shipping requests, reshipments).
• Identify orders pending shipment daily with follow up and resolution.
• Collaborate with pharmacist team to resolve billing, clinical and inventory inquiries from external pharmacy partners.
• Solve complex escalations to ensure orders progress as expected.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and escalate inefficiencies.
• Act as intermediary for external pharmacy shipping partners and provide routing information.
• Confirm routing and shipping information for mail deliveries and maintain shipment records.
• Resolve issues preventing shipments from progressing.
• Monitor and manage open patient and pharmacy-reported incidents in Healthicity.
• Report incidents as required and look for process improvements.
• Review daily reporting to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner.
