Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator in Chesterfield, MO to serve as the primary contact for external pharmacy partners. You will manage billing inquiries, shipping escalations, and incident investigations while ensuring timely shipment processing and patient communication.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pharmacy experience with success resolving third‑party claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and operational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing and operational inquiries with external pharmacy partners.
• Escalate and resolve shipping and billing issues to keep orders moving.
• Investigate and document incidents, reporting in Healthicity as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and fix inefficiencies in logistics.
