Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacist Leader to manage a team of pharmacists delivering high-quality patient care and client services. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while driving data-informed improvements across operations and compliance.

Lead with a focus on outcomes, mentorship, and process excellence to ensure exceptional service and safety for patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in PA (good standing)
• 5+ years managing teams of 10+
• Strong English communication
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to tech-enabled workflows
• Data-driven mindset for performance and quality improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of pharmacists to ensure top-tier care for patients and clients.
• Coordinate workload and monitor productivity; uphold performance metrics and SLAs.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to align with culture and standards.
• Leverage data to assess team performance and optimize queues and processes.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and audit quality controls.
• Address escalations promptly and foster a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
