Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under supervision to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist in patient registration, prescription data entry, medication preparation, counting and verification where allowed by law.
• Participate in immunization programs, vaccines and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Delegate, direct, and assign non-clinical work to technicians; manage schedules and training; maintain records and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead performance management of technicians, including discipline and termination decisions; oversee hiring, onboarding and training.
