Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities. Under a pharmacist's supervision, you will enter prescription data, assist with patient registration, and help maintain efficient workflow while focusing on patient experience.

You will lead training and performance management of technicians, participate in scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, PTCB certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care including patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Handle non-clinical pharmacy operations and customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance management of technicians and staff.
