Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and PTCB certification.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, data entry, and medication preparation.
• Handle non-clinical calls and support pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians; ensure compliance with laws/regulations.
