Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where required by location).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including prescription data entry, preparation of medications, and verification where allowed by law.
• Support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage non-clinical staff scheduling and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and file reports and records required by the company and government agencies.
