Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead the on-site pharmacy technician team and remote agents. You will drive end-to-end prescription processing, ensure compliance, coach staff, and partner with hub management to optimize workflows.

You will manage performance via data, participate in process changes, and supervise cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure patient-centric service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an individual contributor in healthcare, pharmacy, or related field (retail/pharmacy claims acceptable).
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and ensure timely prescription processing to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide coaching, and address performance issues; support hiring and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Pittsburgh, Boise, and St Louis to align standards and workflows.
• Use data and dashboards to drive performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
