Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician at our Pittsburgh, PA location to process prescriptions, communicate with providers, and resolve issues across departments. The role requires prior technician experience, and active PA licensure or willingness to obtain it.

The position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong software aptitude while supporting our mission to improve access to medications. Eligible for a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls.
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve.
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
