Job summary

Blink Health, based in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead pharmacy technicians and on-site agents, champion patient and provider service, and coordinate prescription processing to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

You will partner with site leadership, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure regulatory compliance while coaching staff and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in retail pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy/medical claims.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end prescription journey ensuring timely patient and provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Coach team with real-time feedback and support corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on performance standards.
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
