Job summary

BlinkRx LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead a team of technicians and on-site agents at our Pittsburgh hub. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Minimum 5 years as an individual contributor in retail, healthcare, PBM or pharmacy/claims.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees and partner with HR on employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prescription journey to ensure exceptional patient and provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback; support corrective actions as needed.
• Hire, onboard and train new staff; maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on performance standards and workflows.
