Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians supporting specialty patients.

You will monitor productivity, plan workflow, and direct assignments in a Mon–Fri 8a–5p EST shift, driving quality and service metrics while coaching staff and resolving escalations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred.
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and ensure best practices are shared.
• Coordinates schedules with RMG, ASA and workflow for the team.
• Oversee and assist in complex escalations.
• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance customer service.
• Oversee team and individual performance standards and ensure service metrics are met.
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, accountability, attendance and productivity.
