Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients. You will monitor productivity, direct workflow, and manage escalations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

This role offers weekday hours, day shift, salary range of 56,200–93,600 USD annually, and eligibility for annual bonus programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification preferred.
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email; Excel/PowerPoint/WebEx skills.
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Experience with dosing calculations and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and ensure best practices are shared
• Coordinate schedules with RMG, ASA and workflow for the team
• Oversee and assist in complex escalations
• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service
• Oversee team and individual performance standards and ensure service metrics are met
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, accountability, attendance and productivity
