Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients. You will direct day-to-day operations, monitor productivity, and coordinate workflow for the Mon–Fri 8a–5p EST shift.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience, and pharmacy technician credentials if available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leadership experience with teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and ensure best practices are shared
• Coordinates schedules with RMG, ASA and workflow for the team
• Oversee and assist in complex escalations
• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service
• Oversee team and individual performance standards and ensure service metrics are met
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, accountability, attendance and productivity
