Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D. degree from an accredited school.
• Current pharmacist licensure in relevant states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on drug usage, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Review and dispense prescribed medications accurately and in accordance with regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
• Process insurance claims and resolve payer issues to minimize rejections.
• Support training, coaching, and performance reviews for pharmacy staff.
