Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
Experience dispensing prescriptions with knowledge of state and federal laws.
Leadership ratings from prior performance reviews (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Engages patients to ensure a positive experience with pharmacy products and services.
Counsels patients on usage, interactions, and OTC options.
Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management.
Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies.
Oversees staff scheduling, roles, and performance management.
Maintains pharmacy IT systems, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
