Blink Health is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Operations (Patient Safety) based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role leads ADE reporting and patient safety programs, ensuring compliance and high-quality performance in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

You will collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Clinical, and IT teams to scale systems, improve processes, and drive accountability across operations while supporting client partnerships and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, quality assurance, or a related healthcare setting.
• At least 2+ years in a people management role.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ADE reporting and submission processes to ensure timely, accurate reports.
• Lead quality reviews, audits, and CAPAs to improve patient safety and compliance.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Compliance, Clinical, and Technology teams.
• Mentor and develop a team of quality improvement specialists and build future leaders.
