Job summary

BlinkRx, part of Blink Health, is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Operations (Patient Safety) to oversee ADE reporting and the patient safety program in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment in Pittsburgh, PA.

You will lead a quality-focused team, ensure regulatory compliance, drive improvements, and collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Clinical, and IT teams to scale operations while maintaining high patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, quality assurance, or related healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking with ability to quickly master new processes.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing quality metrics and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ADE reporting and client-facing pharmacovigilance duties to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance, process improvement, SOP maintenance, and training materials.
• Directly manage a team of quality improvement specialists and develop future leaders.
• Resolve complex escalations related to quality, ADE, billing, and clinical inquiries with a patient-first approach.
• Prepare pharmacovigilance metrics and report operational health to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, Compliance, Clinical, IT, and Client Services teams.
