The manager will lead project work from small initiatives to large-scale changes, collaborate with pharmacy leadership, oversee PV2 operations, and drive quality, accuracy, and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Requires an RPh and at least 3 years of pharmacy experience and 3 years of management.
• Current active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy (RPh) in applicable state(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe, timely, efficient, compliant, and productive workflows within their scope.
• Direct supervision of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy learners, pharmacists, or support staff as applicable.
• Project management from small initiatives to large-scale changes across departments.
• Collaborates with the pharmacy leadership team to align activities with priorities and timelines.
• Oversee daily fulfillment and PV2 operations; supervise provision of patient-centered services.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for pharmacy fulfillment and distribution.
• Identify opportunities to redesign oversight to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Review reports for medication errors and adverse events and take corrective action.
