Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, a member of Elevance Health, is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Operations to oversee distribution services, refine processes, and lead a team of technicians and pharmacists.

You will ensure compliant, timely workflows, partner with leadership to drive quality improvement, and align operations with strategic goals across our specialty pharmacy services in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted state pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience and 3 years of management experience.
• PharmD and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff training.
• Ensure safe, timely, compliant, and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with organizational priorities.
• Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, and accreditation tasks.
• Coordinate with PV2 clinical workflows and distribution services.
