Job summary

You will also oversee technician performance, training, scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and accurate prescription processing.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications and verify under pharmacist supervision.
• Support health services such as vaccines where allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure inventory management and compliance with company policies.
