Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Pharmacy locations).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications and verify details under pharmacist supervision.
• Administer vaccines and health services where allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks to staff within policy and ensure on-time completion.
• Manage inventory, records, and reporting per company and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate prescription errors to pharmacist and support quality improvement.
